Lucas discovered his stick horse yesterday. Tonight, he was running around the house riding his horse. The pole was a lot longer than he was. He looked so silly. He also kept trying to stand on his head so that I could take his picture. Then, he would run over and want to see the picture. He was a little out of control!!!
Yesterday, I was cleaning out his closet when I found the harness thing that Leslie gave me. I put it on and Lucas' Gigi put him in it. He looked so silly, but he loved it. He just hung out (while it killed my back). He almost looked embarrassed. He got mad when I took him out. He also discovered a pair of boots that Judy bought him. He had to wear them all day long with his shorts.
We moved Lucas to the guest room and moved the guest room to his old room. We got Lucas a full-size bed. The guest room is all done. I'm just waiting on Lucas' quilt to come in and have to hang a few more things in his room, then his room will pretty well be done. He likes his room. He's slept in there almost every night since he got his bed. I've slept in there some with him. When I give him a choice of which bed to go to, he chooses his. He does still get up in the middle of the night and comes to our room. It's a good start. I'm sure that someday, I'll wish he did still come to our room. He's growing up so fast. It looks like h

His room looks so good! He looks so sad in his old room! I finally cleaned Buzzy's room today. Let me stress TODAY. It took all afternoon. He told me the other day that he was scared to sleep in there by himself. Afraid that a monster will get him. I assured him that if anything got in his room that it would break it's leg before it got to him!! He thought that was funny! I bet I hauled out 10 or twelve garbage bags of toys, clothes, and junk. He finally has room to play again! Tile looks good too! I;m jealous!
Lucas did look a little embarassed when he was just a swingin' but he didn't mind being there.His big boy room is so comfortable he was enjoying his nap when we left this afternoon.I think I'm gonna have to try out that guest room pretty soon.
SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE!!!! I never know when I can blog on Lucas' page. He can't be old enough to sleep in that big ole' bed by himself---he needs a sleepover with GiGi in there with him. It won't be long before he tells momma and daddy who he wants to sleep with him for the night like Buzzy does his parents.
