We met Mike, Alesha, and Kaylea (aka LaLa) at KY Down Under in Horse Cave yesterday. Lucas and Kaylea had a good time chasing the goats,rubbing the kangaroos, watching the birds, and exploring a cave. Kaylea got to try her hand at milking a goat and a cow. I had a blonde moment myself. When we were looking at the kangaroos, one of them had a lot of legs. I didn't realize that there was a joey in her pouch and it was his legs. I just thought she was one leggy kangaroo. Oh well, our true colors shine through every now and then. The cave was neat, but was a little tricky with little ones. I don't think we'll attempt anymore caves until Lucas is a little older.
Kaylea told Brad how scared she was to go in the cave. After timidly going into the cave and finding out that there were no monsters, she looked at Brad and said, "I told you it wasn't scary". We all had a good time and will hopefully do something again soon.

Those blonde moments sometimes sneak up on you but usually after someone else explains it to you -you can say that you learned something!!I think those goats seemed to look sort of interesting to Lucas, now if that was a sheep or a donkey GiGi could really think about him having one for his backyard(Ha,Ha,Ha)
