Tonight, we all went to the Hardin County Fair. Nanny went with us. Once we paid to get in, we discovered that there were only 3 or 4 rides that Lucas could ride. They even decided that he wasn't tall enough to ride the same rides that he rode last year. We made the best of it. He rode the carousel 3 times, the strawberries once and the slide 3 times. After a game of fishing, we left. Maybe next year, he'll be tall enough to ride the fun rides.

I know the employees at these things are being "safe," but it's hard to explain to little ones why they can't ride. Buzzy was pumped about the ferris wheel at the fair, and, you guessed it, they wouldn't let him on it. It was caged in cart thingys too and Steve was going to ride with him. Neither one of them was very happy!
Those big feet could almost look like Lucas' on that slide! Lucas will have to stand on his toes like Buzzy does when he needs a couple of extra inches. It worked for him and Pappy.
Great things come in small packages.He can be little as long as he wants.
